I feel like my 2 biggest takeaways are to look at my big picture goals - 5 years from now- and start working on what I need to do now (small pivots) to achieve who I want to be in the future. And the other is to start feeding my gut! (That is a huge mental shift!!)

I feel more calm about moving forward as opposed to feeling like I’m on the edge of a diving board and have to work up the motivation to jump into the freezing cold and tread water for the next year.  It’s not a year goal of working hard for little payoffs. It’s making a couple small pivots that are sustainable and enjoyable for the long term.
